Whether you have a group of 2 or a group of 10 we can put together a program for you. Typical routes are 5-14 days and cover mountain passes up to 4655 meters (over 15,000 feet). We have both F800GS and the new G310GS available. The F800GS is possibly the motorcycle best suited to travel in Central Asia. It has sufficient range and is powerful enough to cross mountain passes without getting winded, yet at the same time it is not unnecessarily large and bulky. Meanwhile the new G310GS provides a similar riding experience in a lighter, small package ideal for newer riders or those who have trouble touching the ground on an F800GS.
Most motorcycle tours will spend around 50-70% of their riding time on gravel or dirt roads and the remainder on asphalt. You do not need to have extensive off-road riding experience, but you should be comfortable handling larger displacement motorbikes and riding for extended periods of time. Gravel riding experience and experience riding standing on your pegs is recommended. Typical riding days will range from 6 to 10 hours and cover 200 to 400 kilometers.
